Lovely Quiet Hotel

Big clean room and cleaned every day with bottled water provided.Good breakfast.Lovely pool and beach. Excellent gardens .

First night the meal in the restaurant was not great and their system on when ordering drink at bar the bartender has to get someone to cover over for you to sign for room number etc.

Very good value for money, we will come back.

This plce was amazing. It exceeded my expectations. Everything was clean, friendly, beautiful. I think it deserves more than three stars to be honest. Staff super friendly, lots of dogs and cats, nice restaurant, good sunbeds among plntrees.

Probably the breakfast, it could have been a little bit more interesting, maybe add some fresh (real) juice. The toilet was a bit slow to flush, but otherwise all was good.

Great hotel, beautiful beach, delicious food & friendly staff.

Great hotel right on a beautiful beach with a lovely pool and nice restaurant. The beach was extremely clean and you can walk 3km in either direction, so quiet! Lovely little restaurants within walking distance. Restaurant and bar at the hotel were excellent. I was apprehensive about this hotel, having read some negative reviews about the lack of sunloungers (there are plenty so don't worry!) and about the breakfast (great breakfast with a good variety of local and Western options). Really good value for money and a lovely relaxing place to stay. Thank you!

Communication with the central booking team was painful. They took days to reply and were next to useless. All of the staff were lovely, but the staff on reception (although very polite) weren't helpful. We tried to ask for their assistance in recommending a dive centre (no ideas) and trying to book a taxi transfer was a right pain. Don't let it put you off, but a note to the hotel that they need to up their game on reception staff.

Great Experience, and will definitely recommend to everyone!

The beach is really one of the best I ever been to! Imagine the Andaman Sea, with the fine sands, and lots of hermit crabs! The room is full with the ancient Thai furniture. The room was even equipped with Bed Net to prevent us from mosquito bite, but we do not used it. :( My kids and wife were enjoying the breakfast, but I could not have tasted it at all as the breakfast start from 7:30am to 10:30am, and I had to leave the hotel by 7, every morning. :)

If the breakfast can start even earlier, that would be great. However, I understand that starting breakfast earlier doesn't make sense to the operator as people go there mainly for holiday and chill... not like me, went there to work.

It's a Gem with Beautiful Grounds one Step from the Beach

After staying in 4 other hotels in Phuket we need the last few days to be in a quiet area and this was a perfect location recommended by a friend. Quiet beach, hotel grounds are well maintained and clean, meals on the beach just all you could have asked for. We got room upgrades to two villas and one of them had a private pool which we really appreciated. Lady from breakfast room which works tireless from morning to evening was very friendly, helpful and should be well rewarded. I highly recommend this place and will certainly return.

Check in had a little hiccup to find our booking but it was all good eventually. The only thing I would do to make this an A+ hotel is improve the breakfast considerably. Remove the traditional Thai meals as no one will eat for breakfast and provide more western options. We basically had a ton of bread, bacon and eggs everyday because those were the options we had apart from some sad fruit salad.

The location of the hotel was amazing. Also their landscaping and the way everything was set up. Breakfast was delicious and staff always courteous and friendly. We had an upgrade to a suite with own pool the first couple days and it was amazing. It really made our stay (:

Enjoyed it would not return.

Gardens are great and beach was perfect.

Accused of not paying a 2 euro bill in front of other guests as they had closed the till before i paid. Some guests were up at 6 in the morning putting towels on their beach beds something needs to be done. Families hogged the pool putting towels on the beds and on the beach, filling the pool with blow up toys so no one else could swim. Sun chair covers need to be changed hard as rock unless you get the ones on the beach.

Awesome location at beach, unbelievably beautiful garden, nice pool and nice rooms. Really nice breakfast.

Quite noisy air condition, restaurant was really lousy: food didn't have any traditional thai qualities and was without a soul so to speak. In addition restaurant was horribly expensive and there was no real alternatives on a walking distance.
